Agnet – The innovative smartphone application for secure communication control
With Agnet, Airbus Defence and Security offers a reliable and highly secure MCPTT solution that allows users to work either in SaaS mode (cloud service) or in so-called “on-premises” operating mode. This ensures complete control over their communication – even across mobile network operator networks. The solution can also be supplemented by tactical 4G and 5G bubbles, depending on operational requirements.
The classic PMR functions are fully integrated into the system, including group calls, emergency calls, geolocation, half- and full-duplex individual calls, as well as advanced functions such as video streaming in closed groups, document exchange, and collaborative workflows. In addition, the solution has a PC application that allows control centers and operations centers to monitor the communication and positions of all users in real time.
Agnet can also be coupled with digital PMR communication networks via special gateways. The solution adapts to the data rate provided by the mobile network and works reliably even with limited bandwidth.
Agnet – Intelligent radio services tailored to emergency services
Agnet is a smartphone application specifically designed for emergency responders who need to stay connected in expansive environments. Agnet supports voice communication, video streaming, text messaging, geolocation (tracking of responders), and photo transmission.
The expertise of large, secure communication networks is integrated into the basic functions of the solution, including consideration of low bandwidths and ensuring the operation of the application in areas with difficult 4G and 5G network coverage.
The user-friendly interface requires no special training for users. The simplified menus make navigation very practical and intuitive.
